ASAT Saturday mornings always brings with it the Quest for Coffee, and as usual, the continental breakfast spread did not let us down. Bolstered by caffeine and conversation, we headed out to the two final sequential sessions.
The first session was on “Investigating the Ideology of Myth and Narrative”, moderated by Barbara Miles.
The final session was about “Interpreting Cormac McCarthy”.
Gene Young read a paper by Thomas Hartley, who could not attend, and he read his own paper as well, featuring a slide produced by some of his students.
The 2016 ASAT Conference closed, a lengthy business meeting was held, and all dispersed.
