San Houston keeps an eye on attendees at the 2015 meeting.
I wanted to thank you for your contribution in making ASAT 2015 a success. From the support of Sam Houston State University administration to session presentations, all came together to create a very enjoyable and informative event.
Here are a couple of updates from the officers' confab:

ASAT 2016 will again be held at SHSU and I will again serve as conference coordinator
When discussing ways to promote ASAT 2016, efforts to broaden the definition of "presentation" were considered; exhibits, short performances, and poster research will be emphasized on the CFP.
The CFP will be posted by March 15th, with a deadline of September 15th in an effort to provide more prep time for those submitting abstracts
I'll bring this to a close by saying that I would like to see a greater commitment
to the 2016 meeting. For the last two years the program included the screening of
